I'm not sure if this is an error but it's definitely different than other 1949 wheats. What do y'all think about this one? Notice the notch above the W in the Motto along with the size of the rim.
How does it measure with a normal cent? It looks like the coin had the rims pressed outwards like a Encased Cent might look like? Note the rims should not be that wide. Rim alteration might also explain the mark on the rim above the 'WE"?
