Could be a rim Cud - if so this one is not listed on COC and it is a very long one. it would carry a bit of a premium.

could you post an image that is a bit brighter in that area, this one is pretty dark on that side of the coin where the issue is.

Maybe try taking your photo in natural light. (no flash)in focus and then crop it to bring it closer. What are you using for photo's? There is a good Category on this sight on photographing coins. Also , both sides would be nice

Lot better, The revere is a bit blurry, but with practice they will get better, You can also rotate the image with the Image Optimizer. Looks like a nice rim Cud
