Went to store bought what I needed then asked for a roll of quarters if they could spare them... Normal right, the whole roll was West Virginia states. Cool a first for me. Has anyone in the community heard of a die cut or line on the observe under neck? It's like the spitting horse line?

Looks like a small die crack to me. No premium, and common for that area on modern Washingtons

I have found that the die cracks that run from the bust down through the pony tail into "Dollar" do carry a small premium because they are different. Some collectors like those.
