As an early Christmas present I received this 1866-H Italian 10 Centesimi along with many other early Italian coins from a close relative who recently passed away. This is the only of the 10 Centesimis without any major problems. Any help grading him would be greatly appreciated!
I'm not an expert but this would have to be pretty low like Fair or AG and probably details for environmental damage. It may fetch up to $1 but I think that's optimistic.

Thank you guys for the insight! It's a little hard to tell from the pictures but there are more details in the hair near the center, as well as the eye and nose on the obverse and in the leaves on the reverse. In my opinion it would grade well above G-04, but still details.
