Here's a 1996 W dime graded ms68 by Icg. Do you agree? If not what would you grade it?

From the pics it looks very high grade to me.

Most of the "W" dimes from that production run should be at least 65 or better.

I would but it as a 66. It looks like a 67.

My only concern is on the little scratch in the center of the torch. Any idea how that could've gotten there?

Very hard to grade from these photos, no way to see the surface quality and smaller marks.

Hit on the reverse is noticable from afar so I would say not a 68

The pictures are making it seem a lot bigger than it actually is. It's barely noticeable until you have a good magnification on it under bright light.
