The reverse is definitely the more artistic side of the coin, thought the obverse is fine IMO.

I think the depiction of the lion family is something special and has the chance to extend this coin's popularity beyond just collectors of modern US commemorative coins.

The obverse, of course, lions are mostly nocturnal. I wouldn't want to disturb them with the constant glare of bright lights!
