Help On Coin Capsules For 1/10 Oz Gold Coins Eagles, Maples, Etc...

I recently purchased a 1/10 oz gold eagle and maple and was wondering what kind of coin capsule to get. I see ebay and Amazon have 2 kinds, one kind with a foam ring around the coin and another kind with no ring but has the ring that is part of the capsules for a perfect fit for the coin. Is one better than the other or is it just preference? Any input would be appreciated!

I thought that these small Gold coins came in a casual from the Mint ?

I like the air tight 2x2's made especially for that size so I can include them in my binders.

I think it is just preference.

Some like air-titles with trim rings (white or black)

Some like the direct fit
