numismatic student Bedrock of the Community United States 11920 Posts	Posted 01/13/2017 7:08 pm XF45. It doesn't look damaged to me. The horizontal line looks raised and due to a die crack. The vertical line looks incuse, but the line looks to be under the 5 which suggests it may be a planchet flaw. Center of reverse is weakly struck as would be expected for a cracked die.
