This came from a parking attendant there was 7 coins he took out of the meters that they jammed. this is the best one the others are1876, 1900, 1906, 1909, 1917, and 1917 Newfoundland

It's got some damage, so VF details. But wow, out of a parking meter... That's a neat story

Interesting find
VF30
Heavily corroded, reduces the coin's collectible value to "hole filler", but a great story goes along with it.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
