The Orange Free State never issued any regular coinage during its existance. The few patterns and piedforts its government issued are listed in the Krause Unusual World Coins catalog in a subsection of the South Africa section.

Try to buy old catalogs perhaps in the 1980s, it's listed in the 1983 and other years too.
Krause does not now show a lot of coins that are in older editions.
I buy these older editions for a dollar or so and they often come in handy.
The country index shows many more names not found in the latest editions.
