Sadly, I agree.
The design appears to be copied off the silver and gold coins of King Lysimachos of Thrace, as shown on this page. At least, King Lysimachos is the guy named on the reverse. But bronze coins of this ruler don't look anything at all like that, and the jowly portrait looks nothing like the portrait of Alexander the Great which Lysimachos used on his coins.
I suspect it's a modern "tourist copy", deliberately done in the wrong metal.
