Hello and welcome to the forum,

Your coin looks to be Crispus Caesar from 316-326, son of Constantine The Great. It's difficult to see the inscription on the obverse but I believe it's CRISPVS NOB CAES. The reverse is Cripus standing left, resting his hand on a sheild and holding a spear. The inscription looks like PROVIDENTIA CAESS.

Yes, it is a coin of Crispus.-- CRISPVS NOB CAES

The reverse is PRINCIPIA IVVENTVTIS (Prince of youth) and is Mars naked except for helmet and boots, chlamys acrosss left shoulder, leaning on shield with reversed vertical spoear in left hand.

The exergue reads QARL, so is from Arles and is dated to A.D. 317-18. RIC VII Arles 143.
