That's a very interesting coin. It looks like severe lamination errors on both sides. The only LAMs I have are confined to one side, though.

Wow. That is one messed up planchet. With both sides showing such large areas of "hills and valleys" I'm unsure of the correct error terminology. But it certainly looks like a mint error, rather than damage.

Looks like damage to me, maybe a little Lamination, but I think someone had too much fun.

Here is my edited version:   The ghost images under the peel lamination assures me this is a lamination issue.
