Is it a head of 93? The coin is not in hand.

I would want to see this coin in hand. If what I am seeing as the R in LIBERTY really is, it is too far left to be any of the heads of 94. It is also too far left to be a 94 head of 93. It is about right though to be a 1793 liberty cap. (I can't make out the date in the images) And over the first in STATES, are those denticals or beads? In the image they look like beads. Better images and/or the coin in hand are imperative.

Possibly, a Jefferson Head? Not likely, but if so, it's a great find!

Not a Jefferson head, rev is completely wrong.

OK the pictures from the auction were good enough, Those are beads and that's a 1793 Liberty cap S-14 (and from the bids being placed some other people have figured it out too.)

Well it went way too rich for me. Closed at over $2,700 and at least eight people had figured out what it was.
