First, to the family of coin nuts!

Yea, not a good pic so can't really tell you if its a noteworthy error or just a worn out die...which seems most likely. Is it worth anything...spends the same as any other 5 cent piece, if its like over here, not much!

To the Forum.

What you have here is a Grease Filled Die that has caused the rest of the date to be obscured when the coin was struck.
An interesting coin and worth keeping But not over valuable or rare.
