I couldn't decide which 3 to share so here is all 4. The thing I would really like your thoughts on is the reeded edge that's not connected to the edge. One more question if I may. Since the Jefferson full step nickels of the 60's are sought after, Are the Lincolns from the same decade with full steps also sought after? Thanks for looking and all advice or comments very much appreciated!

1st. image: The mark is just to the lower right that cause the line to be incomplete. A contact mark.
2nd. image you can see where the die is showing flow lines on the fields. Some of the other marks neat the rims/device might be clear grease on those areas. The 'E' looks like it took a hit and probably the same on the 'N' on UNITED. Keep in mind that people hated these coins. They were either kept in a drawer or spent as a quarter rather than a dollar. The reeded edge didn't help these coins. The 1980-D is a slight MAD coin. (1980 & forward they were all the wide rim coins. The wide rims were on a few 1979-P, but they are a premium coin)The 1999-P is a normal coin for that year. Far dates they were called. (because of the narrow rim)

The 1980-D on the moon you have an arrow on is from the die being polished. The field was reduced a bit on that area. When the field is removed on that area, made the raised line on edge of the moon. The polishing tool may have dropped in to the device, causing it to reduce more that one area. (making a raised line on the coin)

Thanks Coop. I have a bunch of the 79's. Would you happen to have a picture to what to look for? For the premiums.

Probably won't be. They dies sometimes didn't lend themselves for that. Some years (1968?) had some with not steps. It was explained to me that the die was hubbed was too deep and the planchet could fill that area. But I feel the cents already have too much going on with them already.
