I think there is a little bit of grade inflation in the pre-war seated liberties. But they are PCGS and they set the market grading standard. Wholesale on this one is $200. Retail is $275. This issue seems to sell between $275-300 on ebay and between $200-250 on Heritage. I paid just under $200 and thought it was fair. I like the coin, but will likely upgrade it later if something prettier comes around. Coins like this seem to make it into EF-40 holders these days although they shouldn't. OOPS! I didn't look at page two, but I'll stick by what I said.
