Reminds me of what I've read about principles of George Washington. EDIT: If I'm not mistaken San Marino will also change their national side this year. But that's because it's been 15 years of this one, so they are allowed to do it. Sooner or later other countries will do the same, I guess. The sets are for sale in the basement shop that Antwerpen2306 mentioned, and also in several other shops just outside - the prices for more recent year sets were around €70 - 80. In the Post Office inside the Vatican (near the Coin & Stamp Museum, which is well worth visiting), the staff were giving Vatican 50c coins in change when you made a purchase.
