Is the collectors club a good deal for someone who might want to submit about 10-20 coins a year. The platinum membership is 199.00 but you get 8 free submissions which I guess are all at one time and a quarterly submission. If you belong to the club submissions can be as low as 14.00 for economy level. How much does it cost to submit to PCGS thru a dealer if you don't belong to the collectors club?I guess my question is do most people here belong. Thanks.

The dealer pays the same as any other PCGS member to submit coins - I don't know what PCGS' rule is about dealer upcharges (if there is one), but it's probably in your best interest to become a member and submit yourself. If you're sure that you'll be submitting more than 10 coins per year, it makes sense for you to join, I would think. The $199 Platinum membership only makes sense if you'll be submitting at a tier other than Economy - if your coin values are under $300 and you'll be only using the Economy tier, it makes more sense for you to join at the Silver level for $50.
