I've got some nicer Shields and 2 full sets of V nickels (minus one 1885) so I see lots of photos needing to be done in the future.

Let's kick this one off with a pair of 1866 Shield nickels with Rays, slabbed and raw circulated.

I will post my 1867 when I am home later it is quite lustrous and nice with a full strike. I may also post my 1883 early cause I may not be here Feb 16. It is a gold plated racketeering nickel meant to deceive people it was a $5 gold.

Here's an 1867 Shield nickel, no rays, graded MS64 by PCGS. Has a lot more luster in hand than the photos show. Several die breaks on obverse.
