Anyone know the rules for mintmark placement?
I found this one tonight (CRH) and the MM is almost touching the lower part of the 9.
If I recall correctly, generally as long as the MM is lower than the date and East of the bust, then it's okay.

Until 1990 they were placed by hand on each working die. As long as they are below the date it is within mint tolerance.
