I know there is no DDO or DDR listed at https://www.coppercoin.com
but this may be a worn die but it the 1st like this I have seen. It came from Bu roll about half way in or 20+ coin then this!

I was thinking that but it liberty & the date have some doubling that maybe Mach/D or worn dies's I will post a better picture of them soon.

My uninformed guess would be that the top serif of the 3 looks like post mint damage that also hit the bottom of the 7 and most of the 9.
