Looking for some advice on grading ms coins. Picked these up I believe they are both ms and the one looks like a cameo. I am thinking the SF is ms60 and the NSF is ms62.

There is quite a bit of glare on your coins but, the first one looks, MS-62/3
The second coin looks like a proof but, can't really tell.

Both appear 63ish
The NSF however is more attractive IMO
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
