2008 Oklahoma Quarter Error! What Is It? Please Help!

A die clash can happen when the dies come together without a planchet between them and parts of the design (the highest areas) can be transferred from obverse to reverse and reverse to obverse. Look at the coin opposite the clash, you should be able to find the elements of the design that were transferred. It is not rare , happens quite alot . Report this Post to the Staff
