I'd be happy with that one, even if it's in bad shape. It's pretty hard to find nice die clashes on 1988s.

That is a great clash - Is this what you would use that Vedi care on? Or is that paint on it? Such a shame.

It's zinc rot, CoinCents. Not the prettiest of things to have

I could probably get a fair amount of that off with verdicare but the rot has begun! I would definitely not put this in acetone. They say the verdicare is also supposed to preserve and stop the rot from spreading so its a good candidate. Do you have any coincollector? You were first to respond so id send it to ya if you'd like?

Looks like a very nice double clash. I think the top of the first bay banged pretty hard too. Nice error! If he doesn't respond send it to me, If I can improve it, I'll send it back to you.

Double clash with slight die rotation between clashes. Notice that the base of the Memorial behind Lincolns head does not line up with te base in front of his head. They are at different angles to each other.

Yes your right conder, thanks. I did not pickup on that. I think coincollector is going to be quite pleased between the coin in the pictures above and the actual coin he receives. Had an overnight soak in verdicare and is now going to dry for couple days ill post the pics before I ship it to him it did better than I expected

Quote: it did better than I expected That's awesome to hear. My guilty pleasures in error coins are clashes and Cuds, and this one will fit in nicely with my collection. Thank you again!
