Will be a nice keepsake and gift. @aghawk: I think the GITD toonie will be a circulation coin. From my reps mail, they reference the first circulation colourized coin in 2004 and now the first circulation GITD coin. Only plastic covering and you can order as many as you want!! I believe the toonies with the GITD, if released into circulation, will be kept by everyone. Exactly the same what heppened with Colorized Poppy and Colorized Canada Flag 25c coins. In the mixed rolls (again if GITD will be released to the circulation) will be 2-3 GITD coins max. The only thing is, you will still be missing the classic 50 cent piece. I think I will get one of these as I collect all denominations. I was thinking of getting this INSTEAD of the Classic 2017 that costs $24.95. But since I collect 50 cent pieces I will have to buy the Classic 2017 as well or buy a roll of 2017 50 cent pieces (assuming they produce them again in that fashion) or buy a single 50 cent piece from a coin store or ebay.
