It is not a coin but a medal. Exeter is a city in the UK. What else are you trying to find out about it?

I kinda figured it was some sort of medal thanks for the confirmation! I'm curious if its collectible in anyway and possibly have future value? Thanks oriole!

Such celebratory medals are usually only of value if they are of gold or silver, which this is not. There are tens of thousands of different medals struck all over the world to celebrate some occasion on anniversary. In most instances, they are only worth a dollar or two and have very little chance of increasing in value in our lifetimes.
