I agree with VAM-6B and I would think at least 63.

The first thing I thought with the lack of luster was that this was a heavily dipped coin. But upon seeing your excellent photos the metal flow lines are causing that look.

I'd say 63 is very conservative.

Thank you for the replies. I've been working on better photos for awhile and have found that indirect light does not show luster very well. It's a nice coin and I'm pretty stoked I cherry picked it from my lcs with a new lot they acquired. Thanks again for the confirmations!
