The picture is on the small side, but I see some disturbance in the field in front of Ms. Liberty's nose. I'd grade it MS-63.

NGC isn't known for upping the grade much just because of lovely toning. Technically it's hard to see enough of the coin, especially the obverse, to judge the number of hits or bag marks that there might be.
The reverse is a little easier. Based on the reverse, and hoping it stays true with the obverse, which is a total guess, I'd be at MS-64. Color looks natural.

Here is the shocker. NGC graded this bad boy MS66. I believe that is a combination of how much nicer the coin looks in hand and a bit of good luck. I now know that I will have to sell this coin person to person and not online, unless I come up with a better way to photograph it.  |
