Got this from my local grocery store today. Looks like a glob of metal on his hat (Cud?) and if my eye are still good I can see sum doubling, but not sure if its machine or not.

The glob on the hat is not a Cud. Cuds have to be on the rim. It is likely some other sort of die break or die chip.
The doubling is Machine Doubling.
