Don't even know where to start with this one. I am assuming Arabic and can be fairly certain it is copper. Thanks in advance!

Don't think Arabic, writing isn't. Looks early Tibetian (Siam) or Indian states, maybe Thai?

I agree, but it does look to me like an imitation of an Umayyad coin (which would be written in Kufic Arabic script and most likely made from silver or gold).

My best guess is that it is an imitation token rather than a coin, but perhaps someone else here can provide more definitive information.

Also, welcome to CCF!

The coin is a Rezpenz of Bela III of Hungary 1172 - 1196.

Here is an excellent reference to medieval coins of Hungary.

Could there be a chance that this has any real value? I assume by the way it has tarnished that I haven't been lucky enough to find a silver or even gold one..?
It weighs 1.43g so is a bit light for gold or silver agree? I don't want to risk damaging it by cleaning you understand
