I read briefly on these errors and not sure if they are worth much or anything at all. I attached some pics. I think I have one of the wider rim ones.

It's the one in the middle.

Middle coin does look like the wide rim. Can you get close up picture of that coin alone? Here's a link to PCGS coinfacts that shows the rim difference -- pretty much confirms it to me. http://www.PCGScoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/99571

By the way, this is not an error coin; it is a variety.

Here's the coin by itself. I just found out about them today so I wish I didn't dump a bunch of 1979 SBA's at the bank the past few weeks lol.

Thanks for the info. Now I have to figure out the condition it's in and see what it's worth.

They're really not worth a whole lot unless they're MS.

Most people just do not like the "Carter Quarter."

The coinfacts link above also has a price guide for PCGS coins. It's looking like $10-15 in circulated condition.

I'm not surprised. I'm not crazy about them either, though as a kid I thought they were pretty cool. To go from that massive Eisenhower that you could probably kill someone with to the dinky SBA that could easily pass for a quarter was probably very underwhelming. I keep every Eisenhower dollar I come across. I don't think they are worth anything since they were only out for 7 years or so but personally I just really like them.

They're all spenders in my book. Your coin looks like the Wide rim, but it's not worth much unless it's in MS
