Looks like s greeezer to me, have a few myself look the same from 1991, 1990. Yours looks to have some circulation damage as well.. I'm not seeing a struckthru?

Correct, it was struck through a late stage die cap. The reverse is of the Wide AM type so it is most likely from 1990-1992.

Wow.I see a 1999,which would make it a 99WAM!. Look closely at the raised surface for a few seconds.The 9 seems to be stretched alittle naturally.IMO
