Hi Seated,
This one didn't see much circulation, but I think I see enough rub on Liberty's breast to rule out mint state. Details are pretty soft along Liberty's left leg and her head detail is incomplete. These areas are notorious for weak strike details for early S-mint Walkers but I expect the Philly coins had their share of weak strikes as well. I don't see any sign of cleaning and some luster is present. I'd peg it as AU-53 overall. Very decent coin!
