Cutting errors/ misaligned print errors do have premium value and that varies depending upon the condition of the note and how dramatic the error is.
The bill in your pic is well within printing tolerance as all the features of the bill are there.
Look for some that are for sale on ebay to see how the prices for error notes go -- and look out for ones with serial numbers starting with 999 because those are fake errors.
I checked out that one on ebay and some of the design is missing from the bottom on the front of the note. I think that little bit of difference is what gives it premium value.
However, there's no harm in keeping the ones that you have. If you like them, keep them.
