Question About 1972 Ike $1: Type 2?

ejs15 New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 02/10/2017 10:44 pm Hi all, My son and I received a few Ike dollars in change today and was excited to find what I think is a 1972 Type II. Can someone please confirm? It's been many years since I actively collected coins, so I'm admittedly quite rusty! (But my son's interest makes me think I may be taking the hobby up again -- with him). Also, does it make sense to have something like this graded, or should I try to find a local coin shop and ask them?
