I'm only seeing the date, no doubling anywhere else. That would be an over-date(OVD) or repunched date. The 6 is definite 2x hit, can't figure out what's under the 5. Doesn't appear to be another 5, maybe the first 5 was messed up?

The 1 and 8 show doubling too and maybe a few letters. Is there a DDO variety?
