2003 oversized 25 cent compared to normal circulation 25 cent.

Normal circulation coin on top of oversized 25 cent, you can see the edge sticking out on the right side.

If you think that the errors are different then the ones I thibk they are, would appreciate your opinion as I have been stumped with it for a long time. And If you are wondering, I was looking throught my coins (circulation) ehen I first became interested in coin collecting and found it. Really would appreciate your opinion, thanks.

Could be broadstruck partially out of collar, but with the scratches more likely a vise job...

I agree - PMD - not a mint error. The marks on the caribou and rim make it look like something was either put on top of it and then squeezed or hit to make an impression, or some similar kind of damage.

Look for similar marks or at least some flattening in the area exactly on the other side of the caribou's head and neck on the front of the coin.
