I don't think so. I would think that the bottom of LU in PLURIBUS would be thick and I don't see that here.

It could be a worn 1DR-001 http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=mds because of the mintmark placement, but in this condition, it's almost impossible to tell.

It would help to have a larger image of the date and mint mark area.

The mint mark on your coin is too far north to be 1928D-1MM-001/WRPM-002
