Mark1959 Pillar of the Community 7234 Posts	Posted 02/12/2017 2:43 pm Mint Marks were hand punched into the dies until the early 90's so they can vary in placement but that one is pretty far up there. Nice find. The Die Maker must have been punched it into the die after a "liquid lunch" Report this Post to the Staff

Maybe someone else will come along to help you out or start a new topic and ask your question. All I know is if there is any nick or disruption of a step then the coin is not considered Full Steps.
