It is a copy. All of the genuine/restrike coins are dated 1861. Probably produced in the 60s for the 100th anniversary.

that what I was thinking. I will look for the paper work for he never throws thing away. It was with a set of War Nickel from National collector club from the 60's

I really do not think in 1862 this 1 was minted? I maybe wrong?
