When it comes to World Silver Bullion:

The American Silver Eagle is my sentimental favorite. What can I say? I'm an American.

The Mexican Libertad is perhaps one of the most beautiful coins in my opinion-- for me it is the ideal coin I think of when I think of pocket pieces.

Canadian Maple Leaf is such a classic in it's simple style and beauty.

But of all the bullion series, I do believe Kookaburra is one of my favorites, if not my very favorite.

Really great designs that change every year and a high quality look.

I decided I will never be finished with my Kookaburra set with all its varieties, so why not just post what I have now, since I completed the "normal" coins. I have all the standard issue 1990-2017, but only have 5 of the privy coins.

As a general rule I don't like toning all that much. I prefer the blast white. However, for whatever reason, the purple toning on a few of them that I rescued from a Littleton album appeal to me greatly.

If anyone has pictures of their own they want to share...they would be awesome to see!

Wow !
The biggest collection of Kookaburra types I have ever seen!

BTW, they are a quite familiar bird in my backyard.

No pictures, but I too like the look of the Kookaburra coins (although always thought it was a silly bird name :P). I only have one coin though for my bullion type collection. I went ahead to find the lowest declared mintage of the 1oz coins and got myself a 2004. Also like that picture on it the best too!

Beautiful collection! I agree that it is a high quality series. I have 3 kookaburras I believe, but I'd definitely like to get more.
