i msgd the seller to let him know a bunch of us are saying its a damaged coin, here was his immediate response
"It is not a mutilated coin. If you look you will see for yourself it is the wood below the Beaver. Look clearly and you will see the same ridges it has the same as the wood pile. I really don't give 2 shots what people say."

lol he just sent me another msg "New errors come up all the time. I will get it graded to shut everyone's mouth. I have dealt in counseling for 40 years I don't have a reputation to ruin. I see things as they are. You seem to be the only one yapping your face off. Who the heck are you the president of the Mint"

well what if someone buys it then wants to return it for not being a real error send it back with $25000 insurance which sell has to pay all fees

Oh I agree, this is absolutely ridiculous and I assume the gentleman doesn't know much about coins because this error is an obvious PMD. But instead of taking your advice, he wants to become childish

I am going to get the coin graded as everyone said to prove this but if carefully look at the coin you will see that the coin is not altered for it would take a very intelligent person to carefully do this type of alteration and would take time I studied the coin for a long time and bought a 500 times USB magnifying glass to inspect it
