He's said he looked at it under 500x USB microscope? 500x?! Was he trying to see the cells that make up the wood?

That response just made him look more foolish than before. Didn't think it was possible

Been gone for a while. Came back today to find that not much has changed. This is priceless. Missed the link before it was taken down, would love to see the obverse if anyone saved a picture of it.

Don't have to see it.

Just picture all the many hammer blows of the reverse protruding through to the obverse resulting in a multitude of grotesque bulges to which someone previously likened to as 'throat cancer'.

This could be the ebay coin lot for today. The price isn't as ridiculous as the OP but the coins definitely are.

For the record - 162389003582 - C$49.99

These don't look like Dryer Coins to me, they look like coin counting machine rejects.

This one doesn't seem ridiculous to me. Sure he says it slipped by the Canadian mint and used the word rare but if you look in the description it does say damaged Canadian quarters, and that's exactly what he's selling damaged Canadian quarters. Not everyone is a knowledgeable collector and who knows if some unscrupulous dealer did give him a story, the more Canadian thing to do would be to educate and see if he goes off like the other guy.
