D555, I don't mind your post because WLs are my absolute favorite coin...Classy classic, if you will!
That said I've found only 2 WLs in the 125 boxes I've searched, and none in thousands of dollars worth of CWRs. In my area, WLs for face value are very rare.

Got this batch for 7.33 per coin ------------------------------ Last 3 days have been MEGA low ball bidding, on BENs, Walkers, and Peace half dollars As a bass line I bid at 'bout $7.06 (including shipping) ~~ currant AG melt is 'bout $6.65 ~~ so I can't get hurt too bad --------------------------------- Was doing the same low ball bidding with Morgan and Peace ~~ but that area is beyond exploitation ~~ I must have made 'bout 400+ bids ~~ nothing budged Morgan and Peace dollars seemed to be going at from $20 to $80

You didn't buy many and didn't overpay by hardly anything. Premiums on walkers are the highest among the 90% of it's era except for the dollars. I like walkers too, and I just broke the bank on $200 face, and not a one of them is anything special as every last walker that is worth anything more than circulated and lower mintage are cherry picked. Their seem to be plenty to be had so don't be afraid to lol, try and get picky on condition. I have a few of the early low mintage years I picked up off the bay years ago, hopefully they went up in value but they are worn beyond belief. Would I have been better off skipping the junk and buying nicer pieces, yes but I'm still learning.

Always good to have lots of Walkers, but it would be nice to treat yourself to at least one MS60+ example, even if is just a common date / mm.
The beauty of this neo classic design justifies such a decision.

The beauty of this neo classic design justifies such a decision. My nature is: (1) Try to get "STUFF" at face ~~ Like IKEs (2) Try to buy close to AG melt value -------------------------------------- It all goes back to my career days. I was in the Ladies-children's outlet retail business. My MOTTO was ~~ you make the profit the day you buy it. (NOT THE DAY YOU SELL IT)
