Hello, was hoping someone could grade this for me please? All I know is that this coin is Uncirculated. Also if someone could tell me what an uncirculated-60 means.
Thank you

Uncirculated 60 means it had some wear or see some circulation. Base on what I can see your looking at ms 66. Pretty common coin. Go to PCGS photograph and it will help tremendous on grading coins

This is incorrect. A coin graded as MS-60 (Mint State 60) or uncirculated 60 is a coin that has issues but it does not show signs of circulation wear.

MS-60 is the lowest grade of the uncirculated scale which goes from MS-60 to MS-70. An MS-60 coin will show signs of coming in contact with other coins after it has been struck - often called "bag marks" - or have other problems, but it will not have signs of wear.

An MS-70 coin, the top end of the scale, will not display such contact marks and should be essentially mark free and "perfect."

The grades in between 60 and 70 reflect the number of contact marks on the coins as well as a number of other technical and aesthetic characteristics. In all cases, however, the coins, if properly graded, will not show signs of wear.

Probably a ms67/68. These only fetch a premium if it's a flawless ms70 that's graded.

The scuff on the reverse on the I and below you would be lucky to get a 69.

Cheaper to buy a 69 that is already slabbed.

Enjoy it for what it is.

I agree with commems on the MS-60 thing. No signs of circulation. I have seen some AU-58's (Morgans) that look stellar compared to the blah MS-60's

Grade? Well, although the numbers are skewed a bit all the 2017's graded by PCGS are either 69 or 70's. With that said and the two marks on the reverse I would say MS69 but definitely not worth grading. You can get a graded MS 70 for around $30 +/-.

The marks would probably move it to ms67/68 range. MS69's should still be 'eye clean' I don't think this one would qualify. Like others have said probably not worth sending in for grading as it will trade for silver value, but a nice pretty coin.

To collect bullion coins you just have to love them. I have full set of Silver Eagles. I am never going to get rich on these coins, but they are beautiful just like the bullion $20 gold pieces. The Saints are even more beautiful, but I don't expect to make any money off them when and if I sell in the future. I just like all silver and gold coins. I have a few various large world coins that are silver. The bigger the better.

If you had a real 1916 LWH dollar in MS63 that would be a nice coin to own for maybe $500. The 1916-S would be even better but it will cost you between $800 and $1200 in AU58. If it is a really fine one it would be worth it to me. These coins are 100 years old and are the real deal. I know we are talking about commemorative coins. I got the LWH in gold recently and did feel somewhat cheated since it is miniature sized. I would rather have gotten it 90% gold and be the actual size of the original. The classic images of those early 20th century coins are iconic. The mint should make a gold version actual size of the Buffalo nickel, Peace dollar and the Morgan. They don't have to be 24K and could be 90% gold. I would buy them.
