In my experience, high points are;
Obverse:
- details in hair just below the part
- cheek, near lips/nose
- jawline, between ear and chin
Reverse:
- Central tail feathers
- tips of arrows
- right wing tip
I'm not sure I'd call what you've got there toning, and I don't find it terribly attractive. It definitely makes it hard to gauge wear in these pics.
The obverse looks decent. It might have some slight wear along the part, but the reflection there makes it hard to tell. The cheek might have some wear, but it could just be blotchy from that toning/spotting/whatever it is.
The reverse is less impressive. The tail feathers, shield lines, and arrows all look fairly worn.
I'm not too great on grading, but I can't see this one reaching MS, and given how many Kennedys there are in MS/GEM state I don't think I'd buy it except maybe for the silver.
For comparison here's a toned 1964 Kennedy from my collection. I should note that some think it may be artificially toned, but I'm not sure one way or the other.
