The effect you see on the edge it due to the coin being struck partially out of its collar. As for the other effects you see, someone else here will have to chime in

Going to a coin show tomorrow and the next day. Would really like to know what kind of error it is. If no one answers, then I can just call it an error without a specific identification.

Its definately a partial collar with some sort of indent, I'm just not if the indent is mint made or not

There are design details in the Indent, so it is a Partial Brockage (rather than an indent from a blank planchet). Definitely an authentic error.
