See that little piece about to come off on bottom to right of center? Those nubs seem to appear on paper/print of that era. Don't know why, but must be the manufacturing process of paper. See that frequently on deteriorating bills.

These notes were printed on extremely thin paper. This is genuine as well in my opinion.
