Since it's below the fields, I'm guessing some kind of damage. It's not a variety I'm aware of.

I haven't seen any marking like this but considering it's indented and quite small, I'm pretty sure it's nothing. The coin, even in good condition it would only be worth its silver melt value (7 grams of .400 silver). I've found a bunch of these in circulation myself
